    Milestone 11 — Interface.

    • PWA: installable progressive web app (vite-plugin-pwa / Workbox) — web manifest, service worker precaching the app shell for offline use, Nebula-themed icons (192/512/maskable, apple-touch, favicon). SPA navigate-fallback denylists /api and /dav.
    • i18n: full French & English localization (vue-i18n). ~215 strings across the shell, dialogs, panels, admin and share views; locale detection (saved → browser → French), a language switcher in the topbar and login screen, and Intl-based size/date formatting.

    Verified end-to-end: live FR↔EN switching, persistence, <html lang> sync, plural forms, zero console errors.
