  Patch release — admin & shares visual redesign.

  The Admin and "My shares" views now match the drive's Nebula card design: restored the missing radius tokens (fixing square corners across admin, shares and WebDAV panels), gave stat cards, share cards and admin tables a rounded-card look with hover states and a list-style table header, and moved the New group/policy actions out of the table card.

  Note: this release's binaries were uploaded manually; CI GoReleaser publishing needs the GITEA_TOKEN secret.
